Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need.
You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:
From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping address, edit your password and account details and payment methods.

How do I reset my password?
If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.
How to place an order?
1. Select the desired product and its quantity, click the “Add to basket” button. If you are at selected product page you can directly purchase product via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Otherwise “Add to basket” button.
2. On top right corner you will see a shopping icon “Cart”, click the button to view your it.
3. In your cart you can modify quantity of the products already added. You can also use a coupon code.
4. Enter your coupon code in the section “Coupon code” and click “Apply coupon”.
5. In the basket totals you will see a “Subtotal” for your products( with a redeem coupon if applied)
6. In shipping section you also choose the address and based on your address you can see available shipping options.
7. Below shipping you will see “Totals” the total amount of your products and shipping cost you have to pay.
8. Choose a convenient payment method “Proceed to checkout” – pay with your card/ google pay or “Apple Pay”, “Google Pay” directly on this page.
If you click “Proceed to checkout” you will be at the “Checkout” page where you need to indicate your contact information (name of the recipient, phone number, e-mail, city of delivery) or contact information of the recipient. At this stage you can verify your order and choose a payment method.
9. After placing an order, you will receive a message to your email address containing information about the order.

How can I repeat my order?
In your account page, once logged in you can view your previews order details.
Orders marked as Completed can be reordered with the click of the Order button that appears on the Order details page. The page is accessible via the linked order number or the View button.
The Order again button recreates the order items in the cart and sends the customer to the cart page, from where they can edit it or Proceed to checkout.
Can I cancel or change the order?
Once the order is placed and you have received a confirmation email we can not change or cancel your order. However before we dispatched items you still have time to get in touch with our Customer Service in order to adjust it.
Can I cancel the order without being charged?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.
How long does it takes to dispatch an order?
After the validation of the order, the preparation will take place within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).

We have created a loyalty point based system. The customers can redeem the earned points to get discounts on the purchase or to avail of the benefits of the membership program.
For redeeming the points, We have provided the option to apply points on the cart/checkout page. Customers can apply the earn points and get a discount.
