Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Please note that upon receipt of an order, it is necessary to check its contents for compliance with the list of goods in the receipt. Your signature confirms your agreement with the correct contents of the parcel.
We offer a delivery on selected countries in the list you may see at checkout page.
Your delivery will be always given a tracking code allowing you to follow it on the provided link: these details will be sent to you with shipment confirmation email. Other products could not have tracking details, depending on the carrier: if they have you’ll be given tracking details for them via email too.
The transport agency will deliver from Monday to Friday, and will set a delivery time with the client before going. In case of disagreement with the transport agency, we suggest you contact us so we can help you with the issue management. Please write to info@giacomocasanovastyle.com.
Delivery dates will vary depending on the product, size and the location where the product has to be delivered. The products will be delivered within the agreed time unless the client requires the product to be handed in after the agreed date.
If you wish to modify your product delivery date, previous notification of at least the same number of days than the delivery time is required.
